Sketch & Design
Every piece begins as a hand sketch, reviewed against your brief for proportion and wearability.
FACTORY & CAPABILITY
Twelve in-house steps take your design from sketch to shipment, with an inspection gate at every stage. This is how certified 925 sterling silver becomes jewelry you can stake your brand on.
PRODUCTION PROCESS
Nothing is subcontracted. Every piece travels the same in-house line — and these are the people and the benches that make it.
Every piece begins as a hand sketch, reviewed against your brief for proportion and wearability.
A precise 3D model engineered for casting — wall thickness, stone seats and tolerances locked in.
The approved master is pressed into vulcanized rubber to form the production mold.
Molten wax is injected into the mold, replicating the design down to a fraction of a millimeter.
Wax patterns are trimmed, weighed and set onto the casting tree — repairs are made now, not after casting.
925 silver grain is melted and cast through the lost-wax process in our own furnaces.
Stones are set by hand under magnification — prong, bezel or pavé, per your design.
Castings are de-sprued, filed, soldered and assembled into their final form.
Progressive polishing stages bring surfaces to a mirror, matte or brushed finish.
Vermeil, rhodium or rose-gold plating applied to the specified thickness.
Every piece is checked one by one — dimensions, stones, finish and clasp function — with photos kept on file.
Pieces are individually packed, labelled to your SKU and carton-sealed for export.
QUALITY CONTROL
We don't sample-check — we piece-check. Every item passes all five layers before it earns a place in the box, and inspection photos are available with every shipment.
Material certificates, in-process records and final QC reports can be provided for your records and market entry.
OUR FACTORY
From raw silver grain to finished, packaged jewelry — every step of production runs inside our own Guangzhou floor, built for volume without losing the craft.
Our factory floor spans over 8,000 square meters and houses more than fifty pieces of production equipment — from CAD mills and wax-injection machines to casting furnaces, plating lines and laser welders. With 60+ craftspeople on site, we keep the entire process in-house so every order is traceable from start to finish.
Because nothing is outsourced, quality is checked where it happens: incoming material inspection, casting checks, polishing spot-checks and a final piece-by-piece QC before packing. This multi-point system keeps our defect rate low and lets us ship consistently — whether the order is 100 samples or 100,000 pieces.
