OEM / ODM Questions, Answered
The most common questions about custom projects. For anything else, just ask — we reply within one business day.
Sampling fees depend on the design complexity. For ODM library designs the fee is
usually low or waived once you place a production order.
For custom (ODM) designs developed for you, the copyright belongs to your brand. For
OEM replication, you provide the reference and we sign a confidentiality agreement.
Every project includes several rounds of CAD and sample revisions. Additional
adjustments beyond the agreed scope are quoted transparently.
Our MOQ is flexible: stock designs start from 100 pieces, while custom OEM/ODM
projects typically start from 500 pieces or are negotiated per project.
Samples take about 5–7 days; production runs 15–30 days depending on quantity and
finish. Timelines are confirmed in your proposal.
We work best with vector files (AI, PDF, SVG) or high-resolution PNG. We can also
redraw your logo from a clear photo for engraving or packaging.
